Nature Quilts
Even when I set out to design an abstract piece, I somehow arrive at a one that includes flowers and plants. I suppose must give in to the compulsion and admit that I love a still life. I will often include hand embroidery in my botanically themed pieces to add texture and a three-dimensional quality.
